WHAT IS ZIRCONIUM? 
Zirconium is a chemical element with the symbol Zr and atomic number 40. The name zirconium is taken from the name of the mineral zircon.  It is a metal that found naturally on Earth. Collected from coastal waters, zircon-bearing sand is purified by spiral concentrators to separate lighter materials. Zirconium is dark grey/black colour metal that is hypoallergenic and corrosion-resistant. It has attractive colour and has substantial heft. Zirconium ring feels pleasant next to your skin.

Did you measure your finger size at your local jewellers or used the home kit? Please be aware that finger size fluctuations can be vary from store to store and for 100% size satisfaction we recommend to use our sizing system. 
 
Finger size check service is £5.00 for the UK orders and £15.00 for international orders. Please message us for our Sizing system to be sent out to your home address. 
 
Alternatively, if you are confident about your finger size, we will be happy to exchange your ring to the correct size if required, the exchange service is free of charge, we just ask to cover the postage, which is £5.50 for the UK orders and £15.00 for international orders.

If we have your ring size in stock - delivery time is 5-10 working days via secure Royal Mail 1st class sign for service. For special size orders - delivery time - 2-4 weeks (please enquire in our store).
 
CAN I RETURN MY RING FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
Our exchange policy. Not the right size? Not to worry! We are offering a complimentary ring exchange service. Our exchange policy is 14 calendar days after the delivery date for the UK orders and 28 calendar days for international orders. Our exchange/resize service is complementary. We are only asking to cover second return postage, which is £5.50.
 
Our refund policy: please kindly note that we are unable to offer refunds for our rings. As a small business we are not able to offer refunds, as all our rings are made to order. We are happy to exchange your ring for an alternative style, width or size. The "cooling off" order cancellation period is 48 hours after we received the order.
